ORCA 3.8 Ladies Wetsuit

The Orca 3.8 is all about helping you keep the perfect equilibrium for your swimming position through using the most advanced wetsuit technology available. The new 3.8 uses the new Exo-Cell Buoyancy System. Exo-Cell is an innovative new material that is extremely buoyant and is used in carefully calculated positions on the front chest and rear areas of the 3.8. The System helps to raise your torso and legs in the water, optimizing the swimming position and giving you total performance out in open water.

The Orca 3.8 is designed specifically for endurance distances or those looking to increase performance through the improved torso and leg position this suit will provide. Flexibility is also enhanced in the 3.8 through the use of 1.5mm-2mm #40 Cell neoprene panels on the arm and underarm areas. In addition the high stretch inner lining allows for excellent range of motion, comfort and fast transitions, whilst the Exo-Cell panels are lined with a waterproof smoothskin neoprene to prevent water entry.

HydroLift Buoyancy Cells, cells of foam positioned on the upper forearm sleeve area encourage a better arm position in the catch phase of the stroke, increasing power and reducing fatigue. In addition the 3.8 features a comfortable low profile neck seal, designed to sit flat against the neck to limit water entry and reduce the incidence of chafing as well as a moulded neoprene Aquatread forearm panel that has been enhanced to provide increased stroke power in the catch phase, whilst remaining easy to remove during transition.
