Suunto have used their M-Series to focus on delivering heart rate monitors that offer a clear, simple way of monitoring your fitness levels and improving your training programs. Each monitor in the M-Series has a large, clear display and just three buttons on the right hand side.

This monitor will offer personalized daily workout suggestions, real-time guidance during exercise, as well as the odd motivating message afterwards.

The M5 is optimized for any aerobic activity. Adding the optional Foot POD will send real-time data to your heart rate monitor on your wrist. So when you go jogging you will see your speed and distance covered. The PODs are easy to use, just attach them to your running shoe. POD's like this, as well as additional features, are available as part of the Suunto M5 Running Pack.
