Within Zoggs three stage swimming development, these arm-bands fall into Stage 2. This means that they are beyond the baby swimming of Stage 1, and help during the actual process of learning to swim, helping to improve confidence and develop ability.

These pink roll-ups are the second part, suitable for ages from six to twelve years. For children aged between one and six, there is the pink version, smaller and lighter for younger swimmers.
