The Mid Width Bench features a construction from heavy duty 14 gauge steel for the frame with a durable powder coated finish. The high density box stitched upholstery provides comfort and durability with multi position back rest that allows for flat, incline, decline and military press positions. Sliding seat rail locks into position for adjustability whilst mid width akimbo style weight crutches with 4 press and 2 squat positions allow for the perfect workout.
