The TrainPod is a new, versatile piece of exercise equipment that is light and compact, making it perfect for use in the home as well as the gym.

This toning accessory is suitable for exercises concerning plyometrics, balance training and the upper body, this provides the chance to do a variety of exercises that help tone muscles and improve core fitness. The TrainPod is built around an inflated ball, which can be adjusted for various levels of workout, with twin air pods either side to provide intentional instability, forcing your muscles to adapt and encourage toning.
