The Speed Rope is a new addition to the Reebok fitness range for 2010.

Skipping is a great, medium impact exercise and extremely effective for improving your cardiovascular fitness, improving agility and toning muscles in legs and upper body

The 3 meter adjustable rope is easily adjustable in length and contains a 50 gram removable steel bar to create added weight.

Includes a storage case/wall bracket and comes in two options - light or heavy to cater for the users preference/personal goals.
