What is your returns policy?

Providing the item is unused and in the original packaging you can return any item to us for a refund within 14 days or if it’s an exchange you have up to 28 days.

Don’t worry if it is faulty and outside of the 21 days we can still help, please see below

My item is faulty what do I do?

If you item is faulty, please do not worry providing it is in warranty we should be able to help.

Please email our customer services team (enquiries@milletsports.co.uk) with your order number, explaining the fault and one of the team will respond.

What do I do if I have received the wrong item?

Firstly, sorry! We do our best to avoid mistakes but if you do receive the wrong item we will get this resolved for you as soon as we can. Please contact our customer services team who will be able to help you

How can I send my order back?

For all orders within the UK all you need to do is send it back to us.

Your invoice is also your returns form so please fill that in with the relevant information. Although if need you can download a form here

Please note we do not offer free returns and would also suggest you obtain proof of postage until you receive confirmation that that we have received your item back in our warehouse.

What address shall I send my return too?

All returns should be sent to the following address

How long does it take to process my return?

It can take up to 3 working days from receipt of your order to process an exchange or refund. If after this time you still haven’t heard from us please contact us and provide your tracking information and we’ll help you out.

Why have you refunded my order when I asked for an exchange?

Should we receive your item back and we do not have the item in stock available for exchange rather than keep your money we will process a refund for you.

Do you offer free returns?

No, we do not offer a free returns service.

Can I return it to store?

Of course, although we only have one store located in Mill Hill, North West London.

Please note that they will not be able to process any return in store for you as it will need to come back to the main warehouse for inspection.

I haven’t been refunded the correct amount, what do I do?

Do note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless you cancelled your order under the Distance Selling Regulations or we have sent you a faulty or incorrect item, so this may be the reason why your refund appears to be incorrect.

Please bear in mind that if you have used one of our money off vouchers and there is more than one item in the order, the discount value is split across the number of items in the order. 

As such any refund for an item within your order will be the amount paid after the voucher has been applied.
