Delivery

We think that you shouldn't have to worry about your goods reaching you, and that delivery should be as convenient and as easy as possible. For that reason we use DPD, Interlink and Royal Mail to enable us to get your goods to you via a method that suits you best.

For your convenience you can choose any delivery address, be it at work, home, a neighbour or somewhere else. All we ask is that your billing address matches your registered card details (otherwise payment won’t pass our checkout security checks). Most parcels require a signature, unless specified otherwise when ordering.*

When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email informing you of the delivery method and a tracking number if applicable. If you are not around when the courier attempts delivery then they will leave a card informing they called. If you would like the package left at the local post office after an unsuccessful attempted delivery, then please state this on the delivery instructions at checkout.

In most cases delivery will be on Monday – Friday between 9am and 9pm. If we dispatch your parcel using Royal Mail, a Saturday delivery may also be attempted.

UK Mainland

Delivery is FREE on orders of £79 and above within Mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland). Delivery is free as per our standard service. If you require express 24 hour delivery, please call our sales team on 08452 702 011 to place your order (24 hour delivery is charged at £6.95 and not all items may be available for this service).

If the basket value is under £79 and it contains no items which qualify for free delivery, a charge of £3.95 will be added to the basket for delivery to Mainland UK.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, although most parcels will arrive within 1-2 days.

UK Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland

Delivery is FREE on orders totalling over £150.00 to UK Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland. Orders under £150.00 will be charged £5.95 delivery.**

Not all items qualify for free delivery to Mainland UK.  If there is an additional charge this will be explained within the individual product description (this refers to Table Tennis Tables, Fitness Equipment and other large items for shipping outside Mainland UK). In the event there is an extra charge payable, one of our Customer Service agents will call you once the order is placed to take payment and arrange a suitable time for delivery.**

UK Channel Islands

Orders delivered to the Channel Islands are eligible for VAT FREE sales and when totaling over £150.00 (Excluding VAT) will be delivered FREE of charge. Orders under £150.00 will be charged £5.95 delivery.**

Not all items qualify for free delivery to Mainland UK.  If there is an additional charge this will be explained within the individual product description (this refers to Table Tennis Tables, Fitness Equipment and other large items for shipping outside Mainland UK). <sub>* Please note that if opting to receive your parcel without a signature (requesting it to be left round back of house, or in a porch etc) Millet Sports does not accept liability for any parcels which have been delivered but go missing. Our excellent customer service team will of course help investigate with the courier as to the parcel whereabouts, normally resolving the matter very quickly.

** Some of the items we sell are heavy or bulky and may carry a delivery surcharge. If an additional charge is payable, one of our Customer Service agents will contact you to take payment and arrange delivery. The item description will explain fully any additional charges if applicable.</sub>

Europe

It is important to us at Millet Sports that your goods arrive safely and securely. For this reason most of our European Parcels are sent using Business Post and their associated partners, as we are able to track the parcel from the time it leaves us and gets to you. All parcels will require a signature on delivery.

Please note that the prices below are for items weighing up to 30kg in weight***. If your parcel is in excess of this weight we will contact you to inform of any extra charge.

International (Including other European locations and Rest of World)

It is important to us at MilletSports that your goods arrive safely and securely. For this reason we choose to use DPD/Geopost as our preferred courier internationally and into other parts of Europe. We are able to track the parcel from the time it leaves us and gets to you. All parcels will require a signature on delivery.

Please note that the prices below are for items weighing up to 3kg in weight***. Most shoes, clothes, rackets, cricket bats, hockey sticks etc. weigh less than 3kg and won’t be liable for extra charge. If your parcel is in excess of this weight we will contact you to inform of any extra charge.
