We think that you shouldn't have to worry about your goods reaching you, or getting lost in the post – and for that reason we use DHL as our courier for nearly all deliveries (with exception of smaller low value items). All parcels sent via DHL are traceable, enabling us and you to know where your parcel is at any point during transit.
For your convenience you can choose any delivery address, be it at work, home, a neighbour or somewhere else. All we ask is that your billing address matches your registered card details (otherwise payment won’t pass our checkout security checks). All parcels sent via DHL require a signature, unless specified otherwise when ordering.*

Delivery is FREE on orders of £79 and above within Mainland UK (excluding Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland). A charge of £3.95 is added to all orders under £79 within Mainland UK.**
UK Highlands, Offshore Islands & Northern Ireland
Delivery is FREE on orders totalling over £150.00 to UK Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland. Orders under £150.00 will be charged £8.95 delivery.**
UK Channel Islands
Orders delivered to the Channel Islands are eligible for VAT FREE sales and when totaling over £150.00 (Excluding VAT) will be delivered FREE of charge. Orders under £150.00 will be charged £8.95 delivery.**
* Please note that if opting to receive your parcel without a signature (requesting it to be left round back of house, or in a porch etc) Millet Sports does not accept liability for any parcels which have been delivered but go missing. Our excellent customer service team will of course help investigate with the courier as to the parcel whereabouts, normally resolving the matter very quickly.
** Some of the items we sell are heavy or bulky and may carry a delivery surcharge. You will be informed of these charges ahead of payment.

Using Business Post Europe we are able to track the parcel from the time it leaves us and gets to you, ensuring we can give you maximum communication of the delivery at any point in time. All parcels will require a signature on delivery.
Please note that the prices below are for items weighing up to 10kg in weight. If your parcel is in excess of this weight we will contact you to inform of any extra charge.
